  BRUSH

The EXCELSIOR brush is second to none.  It stands alone in a field of other inferior brushes.  The brush is generally considered to be the most expensive part of the wet shavers needs and if well maintained will give a lifetime of service.  The EXCELSIOR, as do all our brushes, is designed and manufactured to the highest standards.  C.N.C Machined from a SOLID BILLET OF BRASS  in our own manufacturing facility.  It is then hand polished and buffed, then precision laser engraved to a uniform depth of .002 of an inch to create a diamond pattern that will give you a firm yet comfortable non slip grip.  Next it is NICKEL plated to give you a lifetime of corrosion resistance and beauty.  Followed by a final polish and buff to achieve the most lustrous shine.  Lastly we carefully insert and epoxy into place the most important component of the EXCELSIOR brush - The knot - made of the finest SILVER TIP BADGER and measures a full 60 mm in diameter and stands 60mm tall.
